New month: Solopreneur life, parent life, and why automation will be my new best friend.

Hi there, designer!
I don’t know about you, but I am super excited about this upcoming spring. I’ve just returned back to Brussels after having 2 weeks off travelling around Balkans. I’m writing this newsletter in my bed, with my baby napping beside me and the sun is shining (Belgium, is it you?). I’m feeling sooo recharged.
But along with the new month, comes a lot of work, new ideas and new projects. When I think of everything I need and want to do, I feel overwhelmed - how can I manage it all as a solopreneur with parenting duties?
The answer is - I need to elevate my game and delegate some heavy lifting to AI and automation.
I’ve been thinking a lot about how I can better integrate my design workflows between Notion, Figma, and ChatGPT. These are my go-to tools, but I know I’m not fully leveraging their potential together. So, I’m working on setting up Make automation to seamlessly connect Notion with Figma and ChatGPT, creating a more efficient system for design processes, research documentation, and content creation.
One of the biggest projects I’ve been focusing on is building custom GPTs specifically for UX designers. The first one I’ve been developing is a UX research assistant that helps structure research projects, generate interview questions, suggest survey templates, and format findings into structured reports. I’m super excited because this GPT will soon be ready for testing!
If you’re interested in trying it out before the official launch, let me know! I’d love to get your feedback to make it as useful as possible for real-world UX workflows.
There’s a lot more coming soon, including additional GPTs tailored to different aspects of UX and product design, plus deeper automation between Notion, Figma, and AI-powered insights. My goal is to make our workflows more efficient and help designers focus on what truly matters—crafting great experiences.

That’s all for this week! Stay tuned for more insights - learn how to have a Notion workspace that works for you, not against you.
