Is Notion a design buddy you need?
How you can include Notion into your UX design workflow

Hi there, beautiful soul!
Several years ago, I discovered Notion, and let me tell you—it was NOT love at first “drag and drop.” However, after a few months of exploring and numerous YouTube video watched, I started using it constantly, both for my personal and professional needs.
Here’s why I can’t get enough of it:
Flexibility: Whether it’s wireframes, research, or team roadmaps, I can tailor Notion to match my exact needs.
All-in-One: No more switching between apps; Notion is my ultimate hub.
Collaboration: I can bring my developers, PMs, and stakeholders into the fold seamlessly.
Integration with design tools: I can embed work from different tools that I use, to keep everything easily accessible.
Responsive: Although my laptop remains the only gadget I use to create Notion systems, accessing Notion on my smartphone or iPad allows me to plan and make notes on the go. So handy!
What am I currently using it for?

Project and task management: large projects and small tasks are under control. I usually add brief or description to each card, as well as a link to Jira, so I can easily navigate between two tools.
Design documentation and case studies: whenever I want to present my design to a colleague, a stakeholder or an interviewer - a sequential and logical template allows to create a story and showcase the workflow behind the design.
Research planning and documentation: making research strategic, no matter if I have a big project that requires several types of studies, or a quick proof of hypothesis.
Design system planning: all the planning, defining, links to the designs in Figma and documentation.
That’s all for this week! Stay tuned for more insights - learn how to have a Notion workspace that works for you, not against you.
